Incredibly quick to make, and using the air fryer in our induction range to 'crispify' the tofu, these wraps are an easy meal we wolf down at least a couple times a month. (As for me, I tend to experiment with the sauces, often using my homemade hoisin instead of making a peanut sauce, or even a yogurt-based sauce if the craving is there).
