Playing around with oats these past couple weeks, both sweet and savory versions, and LOVING these four in particular:
* Strawberry Lassi - organic strawberries, Bulgarian yogurt & cardamom
* Ham & Cheese - Beeler's ham with gruyere & a dash of paprika
* Tropical - organic mango and pomegranates with a dollop of yogurt
* Greek Brekkie - fried organic pastured egg, sheep's milk feta and parsley.
This ain't your mum's oatmeal, and it is SO much tastier - and more nutritious - than the standard cinnamon & brown sugar many of us are used to...
PS - buy oats in the bulk aisle y'all. It's WAY cheaper than prepackaged, organic suddenly becomes affordable, and more sustainable to boot.
