When I was a kid, salad bar was my favorite! Why? Because I could create a colorful extravaganza in a bowl! As a grownup, it's no different. Here's one of my summer favorites - hardboiled duck eggs (thanks ladies!), blueberries, and more atop greens picked from the garden.
