One of the most recognizable, the Berggarten sage is a longtime staple in my herb 'family' for culinary use, and when it blooms? It's extra beautiful.
Sage adds some nice year-round greenery here in the Northwest as well (giving me some inspiration for how I'd like to fill in a few areas in our backyard now that I think of it...!), and is pretty darn hardy.
