I don't care what they say about growing mint - I *love* French Peppermint! Unlike it's spearmint and many other of its weedy cousins, this stays greener and way prettier...and is brilliant for tea, oil and so much more. The smell is gorgeous, and it does well both in the ground or in pots - of course if you don't want it to spread, then definitely keep it in the latter!
