One of the biggest bonuses that came with our li'l house that we downsized to has been the two brick planters that frame the front porch. So with that, I've planted a combination of flowers and herbs, with the latter intended for that easy access we all appreciate when cooking. This smells GORGEOUS, and the little mason bees adore it when it starts to bloom as well.
