When the first foggy morning of September arrives and you can see the amazing handiwork of the garden spiders, you have to run and grab your camera...here are a few peeks at this past weekend's discoveries, and why I'm so glad I invested in what I refer to as a 'hybrid camera' - not a cell phone, not a basic point & shoot, and not an SLR (for which at this point in my life I no longer feel an itch to own), my Sony RX100-VII. It's made me fall even more in love with macro and rekindled my love of the detail of plants and how some things ya just can't capture with a smartphone (and thank goodness for that, if I'm being honest...).
