We got our first four ducks six years ago as day-olds, and this is Blondie - our Welsh Harlequin - at just 3 weeks old. It's always amazing how fast they grow! The squeaky-pitched teenager phase like this is my favorite :) We got them in March and after just a few weeks they were ready to go outside thanks to a mild spring. They lived in their run for a couple months before being allowed to free range under my cautious eye. So adorable to raise! Ducks live up to 10 years - ours are 6 now!
