Pumpkin Pie with Candied Pepitas

Riffing off a recipe from Ashley English's 'A Year of Pies', I finally have come up with a pumpkin pie that I love. I swapped her gingersnap crust for a traditional pie crust, cut the sugar by 1/3 (most pie recipes are horribly oversweetened), and used goats milk instead of cream (cutting it by 1/3 as well).
