Pisco Cocktail: Sexy Chinita

Just as 'The Silver Spoon' is to Italy and the 'Joy of Cooking' is to the US, the cookbook 'Peru: The Cookbook' by Gaston Acurio is the foundation for much of this South American country's cooking. While we don't always have all the ingredients for the main courses, we've nearly always found a way to have a bottle of Pisco in our liquor cabinet, and the cocktails alone in this book are worth their weight in gold!
