When you grow 100 square feet of onions, you have to have a plan for curing them! On the farm, we were pretty lucky - we had a huge barn that kept things nice and cool, two sawhorses my husband built, and a MASSIVE pallet that was left behind by the former owner that ended up being a perfect 'tabletop' for them to snake through.
