Ever since buying our Atlas pasta maker back on the farm several years ago, my husband has been the King of Pasta Cutting in our kitchen, so we frequently eat beautiful fettuccine made with two cups of organic semolina, a few of our ducks' eggs, and a pinch of salt. Easy peasy.
