I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think this vegan ice cream beats the hell outta anything I could find in the store! Not only does it happen to be vegan, it's got no sugar and takes barely any time at all to make. For two servings, this is all it takes:
4 bananas, cut into coins
1/4-1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
That's it. If using a blender, combine them all first, then pour into a bowl and toss into the freezer for a couple hours, going in there every 30 minutes to give it a good stir. If using a food processor, it's faster - just freeze the bananas for 20-30 minutes, then process them with the other ingredients til smooth. We chose to top ours with a spoonful of granole for some crunch - Noice!, as the husband would say...
