One of my new favorite Northwest natives to have in the garden, the lovely camas lily has survived where other plants failed to thrive. I couldn't be more thrilled at how they've exploded in front of our rock wall! Even after an accidental run-in with a weedwacker took a couple within inches of the ground, they've sprung back with a happy vengeance and are just beginning to bloom...and aren't intimidated by the bugleweed either - woo hoo!
