I couldn't help myself. Baptisia was just begging to join our backyard garden and with the promise of these blossoms that arrived just a few weeks after planting her, ones that the hummingbirds are sure to fall in love with, who could blame us? They've been flitting around the blueberry blossoms most recently, so with the upcoming promise of lupine blossoms and this week's blooming of the new baptisia? I cannot wait to watch them feed on the new beauties of our garden...
